We are seeking licensed Carpenters (General or specific to windows) to work on window projects within the Reno/ Carson area and surrounding communities. Some additional documentation and background check required. Interested teams or individuals will be committed to one project a week lasting 1-3 days. Plenty of work to keep you going throughout the year. You make your schedule, we fill it! If you have trim, finishing, remodeling or carpentry skills and are seeking a unique opportunity with excellent pay and flexible hours, apply now! We pay 3x weekly and are here to help you grow your business. We cover the entire sales process and warranty, you simply pick your job up from a centralized location, install and get paid. We provide all block/ jamb extensions and flat trim needed for retro fit installs. Job Responsibilities include: Ability to pick up projects from warehouse and transport to job site Work with project manager to review job requirements for each project Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily Communicate with project manager and/or owner daily about project progress Work quickly and efficiently Provide excellent customer service! Preferred Skillset: Excellent attention to detail Able to install retro fit and new construction windows Able to install patio doors sliding and french Able to install interior and exterior trim Ability to install decorative hardware Ability to measure accurately for window/ door projects Ability to safely operate power hand tools Ability to remove and reglaze fixed panels Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time Ability to stay on task and complete projects within set time frame Additional Skills (preferred but not required). Prior experience in window installations Prior experience in some level of finish carpentry
