Veteran Field Services LLC is looking for Property Preservation Vendors in the State of New Jersey (Central Jersey, South Jersey). We are a Veteran Owned Company and are working for different clients for the Foreclosure Properties (Vacant Houses) and Rental Properties. If you are experienced and fully compliant, we can give you work right away as soon as you complete the paperwork. We pay our vendors Weekly. Scope of work for our Vendors: • Lawn Services • Landscaping Work • Securing • Winterization • Maid Services • Trash Out • Mold Treatment • Minor Repairs • Handyman Services We are also looking for Licensed Contractors for Repair, Small Turns, Remodeling, and Hazard Claim Work, for which you are able to pull Permits. Vendors should be equipped with: • Tools and Hardware to perform work • HUD Locks, Padlock, Lockbox • Lawn Mower, Snow Blower The Compliance List for Vendors: • General Liability Insurance (Min. $1 Million) • Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number • W9 form with Valid SSN/EIN Number • Bank Account (ACH Information) for Direct Deposits If you are a Property Preservation Vendor and are interested to work with us, please contact our Recruiting Department.
