HELP WANTED???? DRUG FREE???? Yes I need some help. I'm looking for a so called Make Ready Person. I have many rental properties and am looking for an all around Handy Man. THIS WILL BE A CONTRACT LABOR POSITION I want someone with a valid drivers license. He must pass random drug testing, Be able to skillfully handle chainsaws, weed eaters, blowers, and lawn mowers including zero turn mowers. Be able to paint, patch drywall, caulk, along with some plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical stuff. He must have a good assortment of his own hand tools, and dependable transportation. Preferably a person living in the Yukon area would be best. We shoot for a 40 hr. work week. But this week you may work 30 hrs. and next week you may work 60 hrs.
