SudeCom, Inc. is a Texas corporation specializing in low voltage services. We provide all aspects of low voltage cabling, system integration, network design, and the repair and maintenance of today’s complex communication networks as well as installation and troubleshooting of access control systems. We are currently in search of an Technician Helper to join our team, as our business is expanding at an exponential rate. Sudecom is a close-knit team, and we are currently searching for a dedicated, production-minded individual who meets the below requirements: Experience: • Relevant: 1 Year (Preferred) Education: • High school or Equivalent (Required) Location: • Houston, TX (Required) License: • Driver's License (Required) – A reliable vehicle is necessary Work Authorization: • United States (Required) Compensation: • $10 per hour Schedule: • 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday • Full Time Position Job Description: Everything performed will be under supervision, this position is to assist a Technician with the below: • Using fiber tools to test fiber optic components. • Hanging Fiber access terminals. • Performing miscellaneous low voltage craft tasks as needed. • Some travel may be required. • Personal hand tools preferred. • The ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints is preferred. • The ability to maintain a clean and organized jobsite. • A proficiency with basic hand and power tools, as well as other trade specific tools is required. • Willingness to perform manual labor if required.
