We are looking for a leader and installers The leader can add to the upper management team. The installer will be out in the field mostly installing. We install insulation, radiant barrier, ventilation and weatherization. We do Energy efficiency work, construction and other remodel and construction related work. Residential and commercial. This is not a walk in the park. Work can be hot and hard. Work is in attics, under houses, in warehouses, scissor lifts, ladders. Please only reply if you are willing to work hard. We need a good, smart and hard working person. Must have a general understanding of the construction industry. Must have truck. There will be about $100.00 worth of tools that need to be purchased. The truck is a must. (PLEASE READ THIS. I NEED A LEADER. SOMEONE WHO CAN NOT ONLY CHECK UP ON ALL JOBS - RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL - BUT ALSO JOIN IN AND HELP GET THEM COMPLETED). THIS PERSON WILL ALSO TALK TO CUSTOMERS DAILY AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE HAPPY WITH WORK. MATERIALS PICK UP AND DELIVERY, CHECK CALENDAR, REPORT BACK TO OFFICE AND USE JOBBER APP, DAMAGE CONTROL AND POSSIBLY SALES WITH COMMISION. WHEN I SAY I NEED A LEADER I NEED SOMEONE WITH SNAP.
