Office Systems Installations (OSSI, Inc) Atlanta’s leading office furniture installation company, is seeking both experienced and non-experienced installers. Your hours are based on the individual job requirements with opportunities for substantial overtime any given week. The majority of the work is done indoors. OSSI, Inc is a DRUG FREE workplace. BASIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: · Loading and unloading of office furniture · Assembling and disassembling of all types and brands of office furniture · Maintaining a clean and organized job site SCHEDULES MAY INCLUDE: 8 hour shift, 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, Day shift, Night shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, possibly Weekends & Holidays (depending on job) - Overnight out of town jobs: transportation, hotel (2 men to a room) and per diem provided QUALIFICATIONS: · Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously · Must be at least 18 years of age · Must have personal reliable transportation · Must be self-motivated · Must be a team player · Must have a high attention to detail and patience BASIC TOOLS REQUIRED FOR THE FURNITURE INSTALLER (must have own tools): Work Gloves, Safety Glasses, Hard Hat, Safety Vest, and Steel or Hard Toed Boots, Tool Box w/wheels, 2’ Aluminum Torpedo Level, 25’ Tape Measure, Cordless Drill (Name brand if possible - 18 Volt or above) w/2 batteries and charger, 3- ¼” Magnetic bit holders (2 short & 1 long), Regular Rubber Mallet (non-marking) orange or grey, Bug Eye (electrical outlet tester), ¼” Socket Set with ¼” Adapter for drill, Pry Bar, Allen Wrench Set (Metric & Standard), Hack Saw (with extra blade), Metal cutters (Snips), Slotted Screw Drivers, Channel Locks, Open End Wrenches, 3/8” Ratchet Set & Sockets, Retractable Box Knife, Phillips Head Screw Drivers, Small plastic tackle box for spare screws.
