We are looking for a part-time live-in superintendent for a 20-unit garden apartment complex in Clifton, NJ No weekly compensation; only credit towards apartment rent Must know the following: plumbing, sheet rocking, carpentry, wall tiles, floor tiles, landscaping; must have handyman experience Must live in the building, have a full-time job and be home every day between 4 & 5 p.m. MUST BE HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, AND RELIABLE; A BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED This job is ideal for a couple; we cannot accommodate a coupe with children, as we only have one-bedroom apartments PLEASE DISREGARD THIS IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THE ABOVE SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS!
