Description

We are looking for an overnight cleaner to join our growing team. You will work in an office or facility after hours, performing cleaning and general maintenance duties. Your job responsibilities include dusting surfaces and fixtures, mopping, vacuuming floors, washing windows and cleaning bathrooms. You may be required to use heavy floor equipment like a floor buffer or auto scrubber. Approximately 50% of the job is driving a company van between office locations. 1+ years of janitorial experience preferred but not required High school diploma/GED required Willingness to work overnight shift--approximately 9:30 pm to 4 or 5am Ability to work well with minimal supervision Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 lbs. as necessary Must have a valid Florida record Reliable transportation to work required--outstanding attendance is required We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
