Class will blast off bright and early so bring a jacket as spring mornings can be a bit chilly + stick around post class for a complementary beverage! Class is capped to 75% capacity per the governors current mandate. Please grab a spot in advance as space is limited and bring a mat as we will not be offering rental mats at this time.
