We need help in building an adult wood loft bed in a small bedroom. Mattress size would be Twin XL (80 by 40 inches) We pay for materials if you give us a materials list, Please quote a flat rate and when you can do this work and your payment terms as well as your time line for doing this job. We do not have pictures of the room because there is someone living in it. The loft will sit in the corner of this very small room against 2 walls and on the floor. A movable ladder is needed. Suggested materials: 4 by 6 as legs one on each corner _ 10 inch carriage bolts 2 by 8s as box/platform (4) 3/4 inch plywood as platform 2 by 4s to support platform underneath screws There are many sample pics on internet of similar product. Please come and have a look at room if you wish but please do not say you will be here and then not show. Wastes everyone's time. We have other work here once the bed is done. Thank you.
