We are a real estate appraisal company with local expertise in the New York region. As a market player in the appraisal industry, we strive to deliver accurate valuations in a timely matter. We provide professional and credible appraisals for appraisal management companies, real estate brokers, banks, financial institutions, and private clients. While the main office provides direction and support, inspectors are expected to work independently and efficiently. The role's work flow is based on clients' assignments, requirements and location. The main office will provide direction and support, while inspectors are expected to maintain their responsibilities. The turnaround time for reports and inspections are daily. Responsibilities/Requirements include but are not limited to: - assess a property in terms of its condition, occupancy and management - inspection of exterior and interior homes in various neighborhoods - interest/experience in appraisals - strong communication and interpersonal skills - good computer/technology skills - preferably one to three years of real estate/construction experience Must have a valid Drivers License Must own a vehicle or in the process of purchasing a vehicle
