I am looking to hire a reliable, honest, friendly and professional individual to provide venue tours to potential clients (bride and groom) at our luxury vacation rentals that double as wedding venues. This is a sales position with bonuses for booked clients. This includes: -Set tour date and time with clients. You will be sent an email with a potential client that requested a tour. You are responsible with setting the tour date and time and organizing your calendar. -Follow up via phone/text/email to potential clients that do not respond to your initial email to set apt -Confirm tour with potential clients a day prior -Provide your contact information (in case running late) and best driving directions (provided to you) -Arrive at property prior to clients and turn on lights, water fountain, open doors, etc. to create a warm, welcoming and inviting space where clients can visualize their wedding -Set out Wine/champagne or Sparkling water -Greet clients, providing background story of property -Show clients the property and what is possible with each space. You are using your words to help them visualize what the space could look like on their wedding day -Use iPad provided to you to show pictures of past weddings to give an idea of ceremony, reception layouts -Final sit-down with guests to go over pricing, packages, dates, rules, etc. Your job is to sell the venue to the potential clients and get them to book with us. We are looking for someone that is quick to build rapport with potential clients and can cast the vision for their wedding. Following the tour, you need to fill out the Venue Log with the follow-up date and description of how tour went and additional information to share (ie, their likes, concerns, etc) The properties are typically booked on the weekend with Checkins typically occur on Thursday or Friday at 3pm and checkout on Sunday at noon. We do NOT provide tours when guests have rented the property. You will have access to the app with our calendar for each property so you can schedule your tours around vacation rental guests stays. Tours typically are Sunday after noon or Friday before 3PM. We have been getting more weekday tour requests, but you get to plan your schedule, working with the potential clients who typically have a couple days in the area to tour properties. This position has room for advancement. On the day of the wedding, we have a venue host onsite that oversees the functioning of the event with the venues best interest in mind. Since you already met the clients, this is a great way to see their vision some to life. If you are interested, this can be you. Also, we have offered in house day of coordination to our couples. After being a venue host for the day of the event, this can advance to head of Day Of Coordination. Which we will train you on creating a timeline for weddings, coordinating vendors, execution on day of, etc. You must be: -reliable -honest -friendly -people-person -flexible schedule -professional attire -sales or marketing experience -independant -reliable transportation Paying $50 per tour. If potential clients books with us, a bonus of $50 is issued. You can book as many tours in one day as you like. You create your schedule. You can expect 2-10 tours a month.
