MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Job details Salary $18 - $21 an hour Job Type Full-time Number of hires for this role 2 to 4 Qualifications Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Full Job Description SERVPRO is hiring demolition laborers for its Mitigation and Reconstruction Services. We perform commercial and residential work within the North Shore area. The work requires lifting and moving up to 75lbs unassisted. You must be able to climb ladders and stairs, and to work safely on uneven surfaces. Some tasks may require working in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics or mechanical spaces). You must be able to work in required PPE like respirators, Tyvek suits, hard hats and with fall protection harnesses. Prior demolition experience is preferred but not required. The job is full time with overtime available many weeks. Work hours Monday – Friday during the day, but may require early starts (7:30AM – 4:30PM) or evening or weekend work, depending on our customers’ needs. Potential teammates will need: Good work ethic – ready to work, willing to learn The ability to pass a background check OSHA 10 (if you don’t have it yet, don’t worry, we provide the class) Reliable vehicle to get to shop or to job sites Valid driver's license Must be able to be On-call 1 week per month References from past employers You must be able to speak and understand English.
