We are seeking to fill Lifeguard positions from May-October at a self-managed condominium on the South Shore. Pool hours are 10:00AM to 8:00PM, 7 days a week. Pool is open until early October so part or full-time availability through September is desirable. Applicants should be team players that are punctual, have a good work ethic, and presents themselves in a professional manner. REQUIREMENTS: • Must be certified in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR/AED*, COVID-19 Protocol • MUST be able to work Weekends and Holidays. MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE • Be dependable, consistent, organized • Ability to work in a team environment RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure the safety of all residents and guests in the pool area • Respond quickly and effectively to all incidents and emergencies • Enforce condominium rules and regulations for residents and guests • Complete chemical testing readings every 2 hours or as required by our CPO • Inspect pool frequently on a daily schedule, ensuring safety and cleanliness • Vacuum pool as needed COMPENSATION: $14-$16/hr.
