Must have the availability to work weekdays,weekends and holidays 2. Able to carry out and understand directions and instructions 3. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.(daily, occasionally etc) 4. Must have valid driver’s license Responsibilities: 1. Complete work orders for items requiring service or replacement. 2. Ensure the building is a safe and secure environment for the staff and members 3. Move furniture 4. Completely set up rooms for functions including but not limited to furniture, coffee stands, etc 5. Any other duties assigned by the club management not limited to the above. Additional duties include: 7. Clean and sanitize bathrooms with proper chemicals and equipment including but not limited to floors, walls and vents. 8. Vacuuming of rugs, carpet and furniture 9. Mopping tiles floors and hardwood floors 10. Clean windows inside and outside 11. Washing walls, cleaning lights and light fixtures 12. Clean parking lot of trash
