Apartment Maintenance A property management company focused on providing high-quality affordable housing for residents throughout the Camden County Area for over three decades, is looking to expand its talented team and add a Skilled Maintenance Technician to work on our properties. We are currently seeking 2 positions. We are currently seeking an experienced as an maintenance person with a strong background apartment complex maintenance and someone to train and assist the maintenance manager. Responsible and duties include but are not limited too: • Overall conditions (cleaning and repairs) of the buildings and grounds. • Supporting the other members of the maintenance team • Completing service requests. • Making apartments ready for future residents. • Handling emergency service calls after business hours on an on-call rotation. The ideal candidate will have: • At least 3 years maintenance experience preferably on residential properties. • Previous experience and general knowledge electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sheet rock, spackle, painting, ceramic tile, installation of kitchen cabinets, HVAC and flooring is a plus. • Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require some outdoor work • Must have a truck and valid drivers license. • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team. • No criminal record • Physical requirements: heavy lifting, walking stairs, moving appliances and bending. • Appliance repair helpful but not necessary.
