Job Title: Beach Team Leader Reports To: Beach Team Manager Department: Marketing, Promotions, & Event Management Preferred Location(s): Remote - New York City, Miami A little bit about our team: Aim Hospitality produces weekly concerts & events for the college students & young professionals living in Miami and those that visit every weekend. We connect with 3-10k attendees/week that love working out, music, dancing, nightlife, etc. We are a full-service, event-management & promotions-like team, dedicated to building, branding and developing the best & most immersive events through the intersection of music and technology. All street team members will receive hands on experience in the music industry, working directly with full-time employees, venue owners, business leaders, artists and managers. As a Street Team Rep, you are responsible for creating and executing digital marketing and promotional plans across social media platforms, in addition to passing out flyers, business cards, & expanding your personal network that you can tap into for promotions & ticket/VIP table sales. Street Team Leader Job Description A candidate for the position of street team representative is an outgoing, dynamic person with exceptional written and oral communication skills. They are self motivated individuals who will be responsible for engaging with others on a personal basis in order to promote the brand in both physical and virtual communities. Expand Your Network Correspond with digital marketing team and employees at AIM through the execution of campaigns and artist-involved activations. Connect and collaborate with your fellow Reps across the country through weekly meetings and coordinated moments.
