A group of diverse pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders coming together to learn and grow in our leadership. LEARNING & CONNECTING TO LEAD WELL IN THE PRESENT AND FUTURE. JOINT is a gathering of diverse leaders and pastors that are passionate about the Kingdom of God and growing in our leadership. The past 16 months have been challenging to say the least. We’ve all been humbled as we’ve sought to lead in these strange and uncertain times. However, we are hopeful and excited about the future! We are eager to learn from one another as we face a challenging road ahead. Some things have changed over the past year, others not so much. Either way, we must seek our Leader and Lord for wisdom and discernment to lead well now and into the future. We must grow as men and women that are intentionally making disciples that make disciples. We hope you can join us along with other pastors, church planters and ministry leaders as we grow and seek what is necessary to be an integral part of His Kingdom movement. We will be learning from some great leaders as to what they believe based on God’s Word, their experience and what they’ve learned is a critical leadership principle that we must live out to lead well going forward. This will be an authentic time of learning from one another, dealing with the challenging realities of our time. We are praying and believing this will be an encouraging and equipping couple of days for us. We believe that change starts in our own lives so we can experience His fullness as well as be instruments of transformation in our churches, communities, culture, and world. Join us and build relationships with and learn from other leaders that are different from us so we can reflect His beauty and be all that He has called us to be.
