Bicycle safety clinic featuring bike safety inspections, a talk on rules of the road, and a ride on a obstacle course. As part of National Bicycle Safety Month, the Babylon Village Bicycle Advisory Committee is proud to host a Bike Rodeo for village residents in grades 4-6 on Wednesday, May 12 from 6:00 -7:00 PM at the Park Avenue Basketball Courts. The Rodeo is a bicycle safety clinic featuring bike safety inspections, a talk on rules of the road, and a ride on an obstacle course to encourage safe riding. Advance registration is required and all COVID safety guidelines will be in effect including the use of masks. This free event is sponsored by the Babylon Village Bicycle Advisory Committee in partnership with the Long Island Coalition for Transportation Safety and Transit Solutions. Any and all voluntary donations will go to support the Bicycle Advisory Committee efforts and programs. Thank you!
