General Concrete Laborer Rawlings Concrete is hiring a general laborer for concrete construction. $16 - $18 DOE. No experience necessary. Learn a trade! Trades are needed in our growing community. You will learn a skill that you will have forever. Position is available immediately. $300 retention bonus for employees who are still around after three months (480 work hours). Evaluations at six months and a year, qualify you for a raise, depending on performance. We also offer retirement matching program and generous paid holidays and PTO. Must be able to pass a background check (no felons).
