Women’s mental health group dedicated to growing and healing. Are you ready to grow and to heal? Are you ready to become the best version of yourself? Join our women’s mental health group where we will gather in solidarity as we tackle issues such as self-sabotage, inner child pain, codependency, body image, and so much more. This group is great for ALL women whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or just want to connect with your highest self. On this journey, we as a group will develop the tools we need to live happy and healthy lives. Join our Women’s Mental Health group taking place every Thursday from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Our healing journey begins on January 21st. Location: NJ Center for the Healing Arts, 248 Broad St , Red Bank, NJ 07701 This group is being offered on a "pay up or pay down scale". A suggested fee of $25 is in place for each session. However, if you can afford to pay more, we encourage you to help cover the admission costs of those in financial hardship.
