One Night Only Spring Dinner 5 Course Pop Up Tasting Menu In Monmouth County By Chef Matt Collins / Chef Collins Events
Due to Everything Going On , The First Seating at 6pm I will be Offering to be bought in Full for up to 6 Guests as to have the entire seating to yourself, if it is not purchased by May 5th I will alter the site and open it up for first come first serve indualval tickets.
The 8pm Seating will be a total of 6 tickets sold indiviually.
Menu is tenative but as follows
Sumac Crusted Tuna,Spring Onion,Fennel,Miso Aioli, Preserved Lemon
Bacon & Octopus Fritter, Whipped Honey Butter, Caviar,Lapsang
Fresh Pasta w/ Venison & Local Mushroom Ragu, Ricotta & Aged Parm
Harissa Marinated Lamb Chop, Castle Valley Mill Grits, Shaved Asparagus
Faccio Bruto Amaro Chocolate Mousse, Paired with Beach Bee Chocolate Mead
