About this Event
It will be 10 - 3 min rounds. 0 rest
Each round will start with a 1 min ASB ride for KCALs, then you will rotate through 10 different movements collecting points based on your reps
MOVEMENTS WILL BE RELEASED CLOSER TO COMP DATE
Scores will be combine at the end of competition. Most accumulative points wins.
