North County Lawn Care LLC is looking for experienced, energetic Enhancement Crew Members to join our team. Job Summary Enhancements Crew Members are part of a two to four member team working outside on clients properties performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. Pruning, hedging, weeding, cleaning up leaves and other tasks as required are the main duties for this position.    Responsibilities and Duties Following direction of your Crew Leader Completing job tasks in a timely manner and to job quality expectations Using the appropriate equipment for each site as specified by each job Blowing, raking, edging, trimming and pruning to job specifications Spreading bark and gravel to job specifications Reporting equipment issues to your crew leader Assisting with fueling of equipment and truck Assisting with unloading/dumping of debris at the end of the day  Assisting with other duties as requested by your crew leader Qualifications and Skills Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Must be able to walk constantly, push, pull, bend, reach and squat frequently.
