hi! i made this post a week or so ago... but, i keep getting an error message that the replies i've been sending are bouncing back; so, thought i'd update for anyone who could be interested. SoundCloud link below where you can message me if you'd like (or not)! right now, my music (https://soundcloud.com/all-catholic-band) is really simple and doesn't reflect what i'd like to sound like; that's why i'd love to collab with folks who have similar influences and try something new. the tracks on SoundCloud are first takes with no editing... not what i'd ever normally post or intend to have as a final product! will take them down after seeing what happens with this. thanks for looking- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- do you like Lucy Dacus, Phoebe Bridgers, Julien Baker, Alt J, Tame Impala, The National, Lana Del Rey, Rosie Tucker, Lady Lamb, BANKS, Orla Garland, Frank Ocean, Daughter, HAIM, Fleetwood Mac? if so, same. i (28 yr old, female) mostly sing but play along on keys/piano (or, guitar [questionable]). i have lots of songs already written, mostly *sad* songs. if that's your thing and you play bass or guitar (or drums) or are good with producing, etc., maybe we could make some music together? it might make sense to connect with folks in a similar stage of life (i.e., 20s/30s, committed to day job but want to make music/get original music out into the world). doesn't have to be serious/committal unless it were to work out well.
