Small Bathroom Floor Replacement

I'm looking for someone to replace a small bathroom floor. Currently, there is ceramic tiling down that is cracking and needs to be pulled up and replaced with possibly vinyl flooring. I'm looking for preferably someone who is able to pickup the material from the store as well. These pictures show the size of the bathroom, and the current state of the floor.
