We are a small family owned business, specializing in Commercial Roofing, and Construction. Looking for team members, that enjoy working outdoors, a little travel, and being a part of a company that values our most important assets, people like you. We have openings for those with experience, and those looking to learn a trade & new skills. FT positions. 40+ hours a week. Travel to jobs in company vehicles. Students welcome. We are very busy. We have an extremely low turnover rate. Those who join our team, stay. We treat people with respect, and care about you. It's hard work, but our crews enjoy working together. We install mainly roof coatings, on an existing roof surface. Normally flat roofs. A lot of our work is for schools. We are extremely busy, and 40+ hours a week is the norm. Weekends are possible, but we try not to work them. You are expected to get to the shop in the Morning, then ride in company vehicles to the job site. You are paid mileage to and from the site. We believe in paying to keep good help, and value our team members. We take pride in the team members we have, and the incredible work they do. The roofs get hot, so its not for everyone. You have to enjoy working outside. We also do construction work, which keeps our crews working year round. Travel & overnights can happen, but not much on the schedule for that. If overnight, we pay for your room, and you receive a per diem for meals. Starting pay is dependent on experience.
