We are currently seeking a responsible individual for a cleaning route in Portage, MI. Custodian will be responsible for maintaining restrooms and other light cleaning tasks. Part time position consists of working 30-35 hours weekly and days & weekends (morning hours) are required. All applicants must have a current, valid driver's license as well as a good driving record due to company vehicle being provided for this route. Responsibilities: -Clean restrooms - sanitizing sinks, toilets & urinals -Wipe clean mirrors -Wet mop entire floor -Remove trash -Restock soap, toilet tissue & C-fold dispensers Skills: -Proven experience as janitor or custodian in similar role helpful but not required -Knowledge of effectively using chemicals helpful but not required Requirements: *Must have valid driver's license *Must have clean driving record *Must be available mornings & weekends *Must be willing to travel. This position requires custodian to complete daily cleaning route. COVID-19 precautions: *Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place **Must have a mask with you at all times. Sanitizing company vehicle after use also required.
