Found long hair chihuahua/ parking lot Of Colima’s in Parlier

Found small long haired tan chihuahua in parking lot in front of Colima’s in Parlier. Just hanging around the parking lot. Not sure if he’s a stray, my husband was working out of town and saw him. Can someone go pick up the poor baby?
