Job Description Grounds & Maintenance. Full time, starting pay $12to14 hour. Duties include but not limited to: Grounds clean up and landscape care, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, painting, carpentry. Willing to train the right individual. We are looking for a hard working team member with a positive attitude, and strong customer service skills to serve our residents. Most tools and vehicle during work hours provided!
