Learn new kitchen skills and create an array of delicious dishes on the grill that will be perfect for your spring & summer entertaining! Our Gourmet Grilling class is a chance to test your kitchen skills and learn new techniques and recipes. We will create a delicious array of foods on the grill, featuring Chef Christopher's famous Beef Tenderloin paired with farm-fresh summer produce! These are tried and true recipes that have been refined over our 19+ years of doing parties, corporate events and weddings — and Chef Christopher will be showing you his tricks of the trade to make sure all your summer gatherings are a fantastic success! MENU & SKILLS - Grilled Beef Tenderloin - Farm-to-table dishes featuring tomatoes, corn, and peaches Come hungry because we'll be serving complimentary mimosas and light snacks. You'll also get to take home the dishes you create along with the recipes! Cost is $89 per person. 21 and over only. Tickets are non-refundable. Classes must have at least 10 persons per class. Smaller classes will be combined or cancelled with the option of a refund or credit toward another event. HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES We will include proper food handling, hand washing, and workspace sanitization procedures as part of the instruction. Closed toe shoes are required. COVID-19 Precautions: For your health & safety, we've reduced the class size and implemented additional practices beyond our usual measures for food safety and sanitization. Masks will be required except while eating.Tables and chairs will be spaced apart.Gloves will be provided and worn when working with food.If you have ANY signs of illness or a recent exposure to someone who has symptoms or has tested positive, we ask that you do not attend.OUR MISSION & PHILOSOPHY Taste of Grace is sponsored by Southern Graces, a full-service event planning and catering company known for stunning events and award-winning cuisine. MEET THE CHEFS Christopher Hewitt is the Executive Chef of Southern Graces. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. and has extraordinary talent and experience. Christopher worked with Bobby Flay for 12 years, claimed an Iron Chef Victory, prepared dinner for Julia Child, and has earned many other awards and accolades. He's an expert at taking everyday favorites and turning them into an extraordinary culinary experience! Bethany Hewitt founded Southern Graces in 2002 and she is also a trained Chef. She works with high-end clients to design, plan, and execute extraordinary events, like the reception for The Lord Bishop of London, the CMT Awards, and the launch of Porsche 911. Bethany loves sharing her passion for food and design. You can count on it being a fabulous event whenever she's involved!
