Pearl Apartments seeks skilled maintenance techs to join our growing team. We are seeking to fill one position at our Downtown location, and one on the Eastside. Maintenance Tech Essential Duties and Skills: • Complete make readies by scheduled date • Complete resident service requests in timely manner • Install and repair sinks and toilets, advanced plumbing skills • General appliance installation, basic A/C repairs and minor electrical repairs • Painting, sheet rock, tile installation, texturing • Courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. • Other duties, as required Requirements: • Verifiable prior relevant experience, ideally in the apartment industry with mastery of the duties described above • No criminal background/drug use • Valid driver's license and auto with insurance • Hard working, reliable and efficient • Working cell phone • Available to work occasional weekends and after house and be responsible for emergency maintenance calls TO APPLY (only candidates who follow these instructions will be considered): Please SEND YOUR RESUME.
