Press release from The Mishkan Israel Day Camp: April 22, 2021 The Mishkan Israel Day Camp plans to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Lag B'Omer with a parade and outing April 30th (Friday) on the Town Green in Westport starting at 12 p.m. A free picnic and entertainment and prizes for young people are part of the activities. Lag B'Omer celebrates Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai who lived in the second century and was the first teacher of the Kabbalah.
