Our parts accessory sales associates are a vital part of the Bretz team making sure customers are set for success and on the path to their ideal camping experience. In this role, you get to teach people how to use their new RV or boat and then outfit them with accessories to help make their experience more enjoyable. The workdays are fast-paced, and you are rewarded for excellent customer service. What We Look For In An Ideal Candidate Motivated individuals with successful sales experience do exceptionally well in our business. If you have a competitive style and enjoy camping or boating, you have a considerable advantage. You will have an opportunity to work with the most successful RV and Boat dealership in a five-state area with excellent opportunities for advancement. Job Responsibilities • Greet and assist the retail guest promptly, providing excellent customer service • Provide customers with New & Used RV and Boat orientations • Effectively communicate with customers to help make their experience enjoyable • Stay up to date on products and services offered by Bretz RV and Marine • Ensure the parts department is kept clean, organized, and stocked maintaining merchandise displays Skills • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and employees • Motivated and self-driven individuals with a positive attitude • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Maintain focus and organization • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule • Full-time • Schedules vary • Overtime available • Must be willing to work weekends Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Previous experience in sales, retail, parts, or accessories of any type is preferred, but not required • On-site training provided to prepare you with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful Compensation • Hourly + Commission, starting at $15.00 per hour depending on experience Bretz RV and Marine’s Commitment to You • Excellent earning potential and advancement opportunities • A benefits package with multiple plan options to choose from including vision and dental • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match • On-site employee daycare • Holiday pay and vacation time • Employee discounts ** To apply, please click on the link provided below.
