Come grow with us ! Advanced Custom Renovations is seeking reliable residential handyman to work with our quickly growing remodeling team. If you are a dependable handyman with a long term focus on improvement we’d like to hear from you ! Responsibilities: * Maintains high standard customer service at all times * Paint, drywall repair, framing, light electrical, light plumbing, flooring, trim carpentry, caulking, mount vanities and install sinks. * Completes jobs from start to finish i * Prepare, clean, and tape off all job sites * Moves necessary materials and items around job site as needed * Maintains a clean work site Hours Vary per job. Qualifications / Skills * Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with project manager * Ability to complete job from start to finish with little or no supervision * Attentive to detail and always alert * Must have reliable truck and tools for the job. Education, experience, licensing : * Ok with 1099 sub contractor pay structure * 3+years experience required * Reliable transportation * Liability insurance coverage ( if you don’t carry be willingly acquire in the first 60 days)
