HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Deputies with the Harford County Sheriff's Office will be training Thursday in the Swan Harbor area. Training will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m., officials said. Havre de Grace is one of three areas where authorities will be conducting the exercises Thursday night into Friday. Here are all locations where training is planned, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office: 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the area of Swan Harbor8 to 9 p.m. in the area of 684 W.
