MANASSAS, VA — Four people were charged in connection with a murder that occurred outside of the Manassas Mall earlier this month. One suspect, Christian Starr Haynes, is still at large, according to authorities. The Prince William County Police Department said they were able to identify the suspects after they asked for public assistance at a press conference on Tuesday. On April 20, police charged two juvenile suspects in connection with the shooting. On April 21, a man, Aliquan Gary Gill, turned himself into police after he was charged with murder. Jahmar Latravern Graves was shot and killed outside of the Manassas Mall on April 2. Detectives said Graves and two other men were at the mall when they argued with another group of five people. The two groups separated, but encountered each other again in the parking lot. The two men were taken to nearby hospitals, where Graves died of his injuries. The 22-year-old victim suffered serious injuries, but police said he is expected to recover. Authorities said the two groups did not know each other before their encounter inside the mall. Christian Haynes is a 24-year-old Woodbridge resident. Police said he lives on Salemtown Drive. He is wanted for murder, aggravated malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Authorities described Haynes as a Black man, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and approximately 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Gill is being held without bond after he turned himself in on Wednesday. He is charged with murder, aggravated malicious wounding, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Two 17-year-old suspects, one boy and one girl, were charged and located on Tuesday. They are charged with murder, according to police. They are being held at the Juvenile Detention Center.
