Phoenix Renovations Group, Inc., a growing upscale residential home construction and renovation company based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Job Site Facilitator to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling and home building in in-town Atlanta neighborhoods. Job description: This is a full-time position – approximately 40 hours per week - where the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent - A driver’s license with clean driving record - At least 18 years old Experience: o Residential construction experience preferred but not required o Very comfortable driving a pickup truck and towing a trailer o Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus - Ability to work independently - Ability to interact and communicate well with the Project Team Primary Responsibilities: - New job site setup – installing silt and tree protection fencing, ordering dumpsters and portable restrooms, installing permit box and job signage, etc. - Day-to-day management of various job sites; ensuring they are neat and orderly, swapping dumpsters, regular clean-up, maintaining silt and tree protection fencing - Responsible for picking up and delivering job materials and equipment – including loading and unloading - as required by Project Manager and/or trades - Arranging and passing site inspections with City Inspectors - Responsible for maintaining, organizing & inventorying materials, tools & equipment - Regular communication with Project Managers What We Offer: - Salary starting at $36,000/year - Fifteen Paid Time Off (PTO) days for vacation, personal time + 6 company paid holidays. - Company truck, trailer and tools provided for business use. - Monthly cell phone allowance - Performance based yearly bonus - Company matched 401K plan (after your first full year of employment) If you meet the qualifications of our Job Site Facilitator position, and would like to join a growing company that highly values our employees, please apply for immediate consideration.
