cut aluminum roof racks to fit car without uninstalling

hi, im looking for someone who can cut the roof rack bars on my car so they dont extend longer than the mounts. it needs to be a flush cut so the caps can reattach. they took hours to install so i want the cuts done without dissasembling the racks - thanks!
