We are accepting resumes for a Counter Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Counter Customer Service Representative, who wants to help make a difference in our rapidly growing company.    Click on the Apply Now Link below   More specifically, you will be:   • Providing front-line, industry-leading customer service.   • Entering new customer orders and tracking back-orders while keeping clear and open communication with the customer throughout the process.  • Effectively working and communicating with internal team members and other departments.  • Managing relationships with outside vendor partners.  • Employing a strong knowledge of products and equipment.  • Assisting with in-store functions including stocking, cleaning, and general warehouse, yard, and forklift duties.  • Managing customer phone inquiries, resolving them promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.  • Providing a comprehensive education on products and services to meet our customer's needs.   • Adhering to all company standards and policies   • Establishing personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.   • Performing other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.   As a Counter Customer Service Representative, you will need:   • Proficiency with email systems.   • Competency in representing ISS in a courteous and professional manner.  • Familiarity with retail computer systems.     • An innovative and collaborative attitude, with creativity for problem-solving.  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while completing multiple tasks concurrently and delivering results under timelines.   • A valid California driver’s license.  • Excellent communication skills; writing, speaking, and reading English, Spanish language skills a plus.  • Previous experience in the landscaping and irrigation industry, a plus.  • The ability to lift 50lbs.   • Industrial work boot with traction sole and leather uppers required.  EEO/E-Verify Statements Imperial Sprinkler Supply prides itself on being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
