Our events are tailored for our attendees to immerse themselves in an environment of positive energy to feel good in their own skin. Our practice is for anyone looking to open up, let go and have a good time either solo or with their best pals. Silent Vibes' focus is for each individual to create their own guide and meditation. We encourage you to make this experience your own amongst our instructor, who leads you through the journey. Our genre will range from upbeat to slow pace to dive deep into a variety of emotions.
