Description
The Landscape Sales Assistant is responsible for visiting our potential clients' properties, taking measurements, taking photos, and making notes as necessary. This position will also assist with ordering and installing seasonal displays. The ideal candidate will have some horticultural knowledge, a keen eye for potential client needs, and is comfortable with Microsoft Office programs and OneDrive. Training will be provided. The ability to work in the field 1-2 days per week is a bonus and will increase the pay rate. This is a very flexible position. In most cases, the team member will be able to make their own schedule based on a list of properties with deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES • Measure lawn and garden bed square footage on new client leads and enter into our CRM • Take photos and videos and upload to our cloud storage • Make notes for potential upsells • Assist in ordering and installing seasonal color displays REQUIREMENTS • Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License is required • High school diploma or GED is preferred • Horticultural knowledge or employment experience a major bonus OTHER DETAILS • Start Date: Immediately • Flexible hours • Part-time, flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are available for qualified candidates • Pay rates $15-$20/hour; pay could be higher, commensurate with experience • Paid mileage at $0.56/mile • Forward resume and cover letter via e-mail Why work for The Green Team?
