This opportunity is in the western suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Candidate must be living in the Milwaukee metro area to be considered for the position. Our training will ensure that a candidate is appropriately prepared to fulfill their training and supervisory responsibilities. Snapshot of a typical day: · Train and supervise pest control technicians · Monitor and ensure technician routes are successfully completed. · Evaluate performance of technicians. · Help to maintain inventory of pest control products. · Help to provide service and solutions to customers who have concerns Field Supervisor and Trainer Requirements: -2+ years of pest control experience -1+ year of management experience (preferred) -Must be able to work well with others and possess the ability to lead -Expert knowledge of pest control industry-specific practices and procedures -Knowledge of federal and state pest control regulations -Ability to make quick decisions -Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills -Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills -Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties -Have an excellent driving record -A background check including a drug screen and physical may be required. Field Supervisor and Trainer Responsibilities: -Learn and participate in all aspects of the pest control industry including, technical, sales, administrative, and operational management -Work closely with general manager, branch owners, and office personnel -Coordinate and enforce company policy and procedures -Manage a diverse team, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling up to ten individuals -Effectively incorporate Spidexx core values within the branch -Perform other duties as assigned Field Supervisor and Trainer Benefits: · Health Insurance · Dental & Vision Insurance · Life Insurance · Competitive compensation with incentives · A company vehicle with a gas card · Compensation is based on experience, production, and the growth of the branch.
