Spidexx Pest Control is currently seeking pest control technicians with a CUSTOMER-CENTRIC PERSONALITY to assist our customers with AMAZING customer service! Workers with FOOD SERVICE, HOSPITALITY, or other CUSTOMER SERVICE-CENTRIC experience are encouraged to apply. As a pest control technician, you will be working with customers in different ways to rid their homes of unwanted pests and applying safe pest control products to residential homes. If you love helping people and improving their quality of life, this job is for you! Work schedule will typically be Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Hours are variable. Requirements: -Must be FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL in every interaction with customers -Must be able to maintain a HIGH-QUALITY standard of work with little supervision -Must pass pre-employment drug screen -Must have a valid driver’s license -Must have a good driving record -No prior pest control experience required Responsibilities: -Apply pest control materials to the interior and exterior of customer’s homes -Work outside in heat, cold, or other adverse weather conditions -Provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service to each customer -Problem solve and find the best solution to customer’s issues with pests -Adhere to a route and stay on schedule Job Type: Full-time Pay, once trained: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: High school or equivalent Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: We will pay for test to get license Driver's License Required Work Location: Variable, but primarily mobile This Job Is: A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
