Rehearsal Spot Needed / Looking To Join Exisiting Spot

Howdy! I'm looking for a place to sing, play guitar, & rehearse/write songs. It's just me. The only equipment I'd like to store in a space is a '79 Fender Super Reverb amp with cables & pedals. That's it. I'd bring my own microphone & I'm happy to leave yours alone. Looking to rehearse early weekend mornings and I'd probably never request to be in on a weeknight but if you had one evening open I might take it. I'm 40. I pay rent on time and I've been around the block musically to be respectful & keep a place tidy. I'm also sober so you don't have to worry about rehearsal spot bashes at 2AM or bottles everywhere on my end. Preferably looking for a spot in Marin as I live in Mill Valley. I know my chances are thin in Marin but I'm crossing my fingers! Cheers.
