Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Slated For Freehold Livoti's Location

FREEHOLD, NJ - A popular Monmouth County specialty grocer is making its new home in Freehold - and it's coming in with a bang later this month. Livoti's Old World Market, a supermarket chain specializing in artisan Italian groceries, will be opening its Freehold location on April 29 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, according to a statement posted to Facebook. The Freehold site replaces the former 20,000-square-foot Top Tomato storefront, which closed in 2016. Located at 200 Mounts Corner Dr., Livoti's will welcome the neighborhood into its new storefront with an 8 a.m. ceremony. The first opening hour from 8 to 9 a.m. will be reserved for seniors ages 65 and older, according to a statement. The remaining hours (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) will be open to the public. The grocer touts specialty produce, meat, grocery, dairy, deli, catering, and bakery items. Regular store hours for the location will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. five days per week.
