SmithCo Meats is seeking a skilled foodservice team member with experience running vacuum packaging equipment to support our portioning and packaging departments. In this position, you will be joining our day shift production crew, moving between portioning and packaging products as needed to ensure a smooth flow of product to order assembly. To be successful, you will need have strong organizational skills and close attention to detail will be required to quickly and accurately package, box and label products. We are a rapidly growing meat processing company located east of Tacoma who provides products to the Northwest's most successful restaurants.
