Water Damage Technician / Project Manager/ Team Lead

We are looking for applicants for 2 positions. First: We are seeking the right person to add to our water/fire damage project managers. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS EXPERIENCE AS A WATER AND/OR FIRE DAMAGE TECHNICIAN/PROJECT MANAGER. ADDITIONALLY YOU MUST BE ALREADY IICRC CERTIFIED. We are accepting applicants from individuals who can park a company van at their residence as we need to respond quickly to losses. We are looking for a self disciplined individual who has the experience not to need a full description of the duties of a water and/or fire damage professional. You must be capable of working losses by yourself or be able to manage crews of laborers when the job size dictates. Project managers receive 20% of every job they sell and run so you must have excellent customer service skills and be able to sell jobs in addition to being a proficient technician. Our top selling, most experienced, and most readily available technicians exceed six figure incomes. The only limit to your earning potential is your experience and availability. You must have completed and passed at minimum the WRT training through the IICRC. You also must have an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a background check as we do program work for insurance companies. Job Type: Commission Salary: $100,000.00 + /year Second: We are looking for someone with the potential to grow into the above mentioned position. This person would be a laborer with construction/ demo experience, a drive to learn and to provide an above average level of service. You would start as a labor and grow into a team lead/apprentice and finally a Project manager. You would be required to have a clean driving record, you must pass a background check and a drug test.
