2 Year Old Seal Point Siamese Cat $300 Rehoming fee

I am rehoming my Seal Point Siamese cat named Bastet. She is 1 year and 10 months old. She is current on all her shots and has been spayed. She is not declawed. She is incredibly sweet and smart. She has never bitten or scratched me. She hardly meows but makes a lot of soft trill noises. She is great at communicating when she needs something or wants attention. She basically doesn't shed at all so I believe she would be hypoallergenic but I don't have allergies so I can't personally attest to that. I am moving out of state and I am in a very small apartment. If she can go to a home with more space and companionship, I think she would be happier in the long term. I am asking for a $300 rehoming fee just to make sure she goes to a good home. I live in Colorado Springs but make frequent trips to boulder and can drive to you.
