Press release from the City of Golden Valley: April 21, 2021 Golden Valley's recycling program includes a three-week curbside brush pick-up in May. The annual brush pick-up gives homeowners the opportunity to place tree limbs and brush at their curbs for collection and disposal. The City will be divided into three sections (see below), with a week designated for pick-up in each. Brush must be placed on the curb by 8 am Monday the week of pick-up. If there is a lot of brush, pick-up may take longer than a week. Section 1: Week of April 26 Area north of Hwy 55 and west of Douglas Dr Section 2: Week of May 3 Area north of Hwy 55 and east of Douglas Dr Section 3: Week of May 10 Area south of Hwy 55 Brush must be placed on the curb by 8 am Monday the week of pick-up.
